Copperfield is being investigated by the FBI. The story broke today. They raided his Las Vegas "warehouse": aka the place he stores archival crap and probably everything else (including, supposedly, a computer, video camera, and $2mil).
And I thought I couldn't get access because...? Remind me again.
UPDATE: Apparently, the investigations is concerning the sexual assault of a Seattle woman. Gross.
Perhaps Copperfield's people thought I was with the Feds. I don't even know what to do with this. Thoughts?

You always know how to spin a situation, my friend. I see now that I've totally been going at this from the wrong angle!
(But I totally did a mental rundown to see if I have any g-men friends who could give me the inside scoop. I don't. That I know of.)
Tim joked that I was rebuffed because Copperfield thought I was a Fed. Probably not, but it makes me feel better about being rejected. Now I'm just sad that he's such a hoser.
